Mike has both a bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver. After he completed his education in 1985, he worked as an insurance defense attorney. Though he found the education he received from the insurance industry invaluable, he was dissatisfied working against the needs of injured people. He joined Hull & Zimmerman in 1992 to pursue his goal of helping the injured and disabled receive legal assistance. Mike uses his trial advocacy and litigation skills to seek compensation for clients injured at work or because of someone else’s negligence, or for clients seeking benefits from the Social Security Administration.

Rick grew up in North Carolina and attended Duke University, receiving his bachelor of arts degree in 1983. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law in 1986. From his earliest days as an attorney, Rick has been dedicated to protecting individuals and their rights. While employing an excellent support staff, Rick takes pride in providing a high level of individual service to all his clients, making sure he personally works on each aspect of his personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. His tenacity and dedication enable him to secure excellent results for his clients while minimizing the emotional costs associated with litigation.

Vinny Iyer has always had a desire to learn a variety of different subjects, and has always had a passion for justice; both of these traits led him to the practice of law. Vinny went to Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska where he received his Bachelor of Arts. While at Creighton, Vinny majored in music performance and theory, co-majored in political science, and completed the pre-medical program. After Creighton, Vinny attended the University of Nebraska – Omaha to study music composition where he learned counterpoint, orchestration, and advanced music theory. During this time, Vinny also played with his band while teaching music theory and guitar lessons. Eventually, Vinny’s passion lead him to the University of Nebraska – Lincoln College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. Additionally, Vinny completed the litigation skills program of concentrated study with a criminal emphasis. While enrolled in law school, Vinny Iyer served as a clerk with Atwood, Holsten, Brown, Deaver and Spier Law Firm. In this role, he primarily handled personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, which would later become his focus at Falgien Warr & Iyer, P.C. Upon graduating from law school, he worked as a senior analyst contract attorney, auditing foreclosure and mortgage procedures for a multinational bank. He then represented clients through his own contract defense firm and at Clear Creek Consulting, wherein he helped individuals and businesses resolve tax liabilities with Federal and State taxing authorities. Subsequently, Vinny was hired as an attorney at The Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya, LLC where he focused on personal injury cases. Vinny is a founding partner of Falgien, Warr & Iyer, P.C. where his primary focus is on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. Additionally, Vinny is on the Board of Directors of the non-profit Ancova Empowerment Project, which is an organization designed to help young people who have faced behavioral, economic, or legal challenges to have positive and constructive experiences while gaining life skills and learning how to overcome obstacles to their success, mostly through the creation of art. http://www.ancovaep.org/ In his off time, Vinny likes to play guitar, stay involved with current events, keep up with the newest shows, hike, travel, and play with his dog Bandit.

Wade has been an attorney since 1975 in the Denver, Colorado area. He graduated from Duke University with his bachelor’s degree, then moved to Denver in 1971 to attend Denver University’s Sturm College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Wade immediately started his own firm and began helping individuals in need. Wade’s passion for helping people can be seen through his many years in the legal profession and also in his membership with the Bikers Against Child Abuse. He is currently a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, a graduate of the Colorado Trial Lawyers College, and the attorney for the Colorado Confederation of Clubs. Outside of work, Wade enjoys riding his motorcycle and attending community events.

Sean Olson is a trial lawyer, author, and founding member of the Olson Law Firm, serving clients in Colorado and Wyoming. His practice focuses on providing the unrivaled representation of those seriously injured as a result of someone else’s negligence, and those who are unlawfully taken advantage of in the workplace. At the Olson Law Firm, the needs of the client come first. Sean represents clients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other complicated injuries caused by car and truck accidents, construction accidents, and other situations where a person or corporation’s negligence leads to harm. Sean also represents those who have been injured as a result of medical malpractice and dental malpractice. Sean knows that just talking to a lawyer about an injury case, much less hiring one, can be an intimidating and daunting task. In his book, Results Matter, Sean alleviates some of those worries by showing those who have been injured what their case may look like if they choose to pursue a case in court. When handling an injury case, Sean treats his clients like families and treats their problems as if they were his own. Sean received his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he graduated in the top one percent of his class. Since 2010, Olson has served as an adjunct professor teaching trial advocacy at his Alma Mater. He graduated from Drake University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication. Sean is a resident of Denver where he lives with his wife, two young children, and their dogs, Maisy and Charley. Prior to becoming an attorney, Sean was an Emmy award-winning photojournalist. His passion for that job took him around the globe telling other’s stories. He now uses those skills to tell his clients’ stories in courtrooms across Colorado and Wyoming.

Peter Menges received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1997. He also received a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1997, where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Menges spent his first five years of practice as a Trial Attorney with the Denver Office of The Office of the Colorado Public Defender. Mr. Menges opened The Law Office of Peter D. Menges, P.C. in January of 2003 and has been exclusively in private practice ever since. Mr. Menges has extensive trial experience. Mr. Menges has personally handled over a hundred trials. He has tried cases in Federal District Court, Colorado State District Court in numerous jurisdictions, County Court cases in numerous jurisdictions, Municipal Court matters in numerous jurisdictions, and Administrative Hearings in a number of forums. Mr. Menges has also handled Arbitrations and Mediations in civil cases. In the Federal Criminal Court context, Mr. Menges has successfully defended clients in many complex prosecutions for “white collar” cases, such as mortgage fraud, bank fraud, and computer crimes, as well as other complex cases such as large-scale drug conspiracies. In the State Court criminal context, Mr. Menges has handled cases and done jury trials for almost every type of charge ranging all the way from homicide cases to traffic offenses. In the civil context, he has handled a very wide variety of cases including general commercial disputes, personal injury cases, property disputes, contract disputes, mechanics liens issues, slip and fall cases, wage disputes, torts and civil rights. Mr. Menges has also done appellate work in courts ranging all the way up to the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Menges has served on the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the United States District Court in Denver since 2003. He has lectured to hundreds of Colorado criminal defense attorneys on criminal defense law and procedure. He does pro bono work for those in need, and in 2004 was awarded the Colorado Lawyers’ Committee’s Community Contribution Award for his work fighting to secure the release of a formerly mentally ill patient who had been indefinitely committed to the Colorado Mental Health Institute after a “not guilty by reason of insanity” commitment.

Noelle Webster serves as an Associate Attorney at Singleton Schreiber, supporting the Fire Litigation and Personal Injury practice groups based in the Denver office. With a solid foundation in personal injury, mass tort, and medical malpractice litigation, Ms. Webster brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for advocating on behalf of plaintiffs. Ms. Webster's legal career began while she was still a law student at the University of San Diego School of Law. During her time there, she clerked for a prominent plaintiffs' firm, in San Diego, where she immersed herself in the complexities of medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Upon passing the California Bar in 2021, Ms. Webster joined the same leading firm she clerked at as an Associate Attorney, where she further honed her skills in litigating complex personal injury actions. Her experience includes drafting and managing critical legal documents, preparing for mediation and trial, and conducting expert depositions to secure favorable outcomes for her clients. Ms. Webster is admitted to practice in California and is an active member of the legal community, participating in organizations such as the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the Lawyer's Club of San Diego. A native of Portland, Oregon, Ms. Webster now resides in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, son, and two dogs. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys hiking, yoga, and exploring the outdoors with her family.

Kevin Hannon is a partner in Singleton Schreiber and a member of our environmental litigation, mass tort, and personal injury and wrongful death practice groups. Mr. Hannon has extensive experience in successfully litigating environmental cases in multiple state and federal courts. Two of Mr. Hannon’s environmental trials, Orjias v. Louisiana-Pacific and Escamilla v. Asarco, achieved the largest jury awards in environmental cases in Colorado at the time of verdict. The Escamilla case resulted in a $28 million verdict and the cleanup of a neighborhood of 570 homes. His work in NWIS v. Public Service resulted in the application for closure of a leaking underground natural gas storage facility. In Wilks v. Phelps Dodge, Mr. Hannon acted as lead counsel on behalf of a community with contaminated groundwater and achieved a settlement that included a medical monitoring program, replacement drinking water wells, and monetary compensation for his clients. In many of Mr. Hannon’s environmental cases, he has negotiated not only a monetary payment for his clients, but also remediation of the contamination. Mr. Hannon is currently serving as the Chair of the Class Action Committee for Depo-Provera Injection Litigation. He has served and now serves as lead counsel in several environmental class actions in several states including Arizona and Missouri. Mr. Hannon has successfully completed cases involving air, groundwater, soil and noise pollution and continues to represent businesses and individuals for personal injury and property damage from solvents, heavy metals, lead waste, lead paint, radiation, pesticides, petroleum products, and other substances. Mr. Hannon has given dozens of seminar presentations for professional attorneys’ associations during the past three decades. His recent seminars for the American Association for Justice included “Rapid Response Seminar: Recent Train Derailments: Environmental and Toxic Torts, Damages,” March 2023; “Avoiding Federal Court By Avoiding Snap Removal,” July 2022; and “Update on Medical Monitoring Case Law,” July 2021. Prior to joining Singleton Schreiber, Mr. Hannon established The Hannon Law Firm in 1988. Before beginning his law career, Mr. Hannon worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the air quality and toxic substances programs. Mr. Hannon graduated from Georgetown University Law Center. He earned a master’s degree cum laude in environmental management from Duke University. During law school, Mr. Hannon served as science advisor for Trial Lawyers for Public Justice (TLPJ), a national public interest law firm. Mr. Hannon is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA), American Association of Justice, and bar and trial associations for the District of Columbia, Missouri, New Hampshire, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. He chaired the American Association of Justice’s Environmental and Toxics Committee from 2022-2023. In 2024, Mr. Hannon was elected as one of six Governing Board Members with Public Justice. Mr. Hannon’s work has been recognized with numerous professional awards, including the “Trial Lawyer of the Year” award from the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice Foundation in Washington, D.C., and CTLA’s “Case of the Year” and “Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer” awards. Mr. Hannon is admitted to practice in the state courts of Colorado, the District of Columbia, Missouri, New Hampshire, Wyoming and Wisconsin; the U.S. District Court for the districts of Arizona, Colorado, and the Eastern and Western districts of Missouri; the First, Third, Eighth, and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals; the U.S. Court of Federal Claims; and the U.S. Supreme Court. Since moving to Denver, Mr. Hannon has served on the Management Committee for the NCAA Men’s Final Four Basketball Tournament. He worked for the Colorado Baseball Partnership and on the Management Committee for the Colorado Baseball Commission in the efforts to build a new baseball-only stadium and to locate a Major League Baseball franchise in Colorado.
