Attorney Gardner--Party of amicus curiae brief in support of Defendant-Appellant in a case regarding a medical marijuana appeals case. The Amicus requested that the Court reverse the decision of the trial court and the Court of Appeals and allow the Appellant to assert Section 4 immunity or a Section 8 affirmative defense under the MMMA . The Amicus also requested that the Court find that a registry identification card is sufficient for purposes of Section 4 immunity and Section 8 affirmative defense. Outcome of the Appeal is unknown.
