Lawyer.com Member Questionnaire
Please describe a case(s) in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
My client was arrested by the police for not having a KY driver's license - even though she was not driving a car. We were able to have the criminal charge filed against her dismissed. We also obtained a financial settlement from the City of Louisville for the officer's unlawful arrest.
How did you build a successful practice?
Our firm handles a small caseload so that we can efficiently resolve our client's cases in a timely manner. Our goal is to get to work on your case right away.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
A lawyer should answer and return the client's phone call as soon as possible. The client should know exactly which lawyer and staff will be working on the case.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge is critical. I have worked on cases in every court in Jefferson County.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
I provide free phone and in person consultations. Call me today so we can discuss your options.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
I want to know how I can help you. What is your need for legal advice and what is your goal for the outcome.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I worked for a major law firm for 5 years. I offer individuals, families and small business big firm expertise at reasonable rates.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is when the client tells me at the end of their case that are happy with the outcome. A referral by a former client of a new client is our greatest compliment.
