Jason focuses his practice on complex civil litigation involving business and real estate matters. The mission of the ACFE is to reduce the incidence of fraud and white-collar crime and to assist ACFE membership in fraud detection and deterrence. Jason was born in Abington, Pennsylvania in 1982. He received a merit-based Founders Scholarship to attend Tulane University and graduated cum laude in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in both Business Management and Legal Studies in Business. Jason then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2007. During law school, Jason was selected to become a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and later served as a Moot Court Board Vice President administering the 2006 Negotiation Competition. In addition, he won the Fall 2005 Advanced Moot Court Competition and was a finalist in a 2006 American Bar Association Regional Negotiation Competition. Jason is involved in a variety of local organizations including as a Board Member of the B’nai B’rith Justice Unit # 5207, a member of the Broward County Bar Association, and a member of the Tulane Alumni Club of South Florida.

Born in New York, New York, Neale was raised on Miami Beach and as of November, 2009 Neale will have practiced law in the state of Florida continuously for forty (40) years.  He is AU rate by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating.He specializes in complex commercial litigation and appeals both Federal and State, primarily for financial institutions.  He has represented banks, thrifts, real estate entities, private and public companies, investors and REIT's for years (once having served as General Counsel for Diversified Mortgage Investors, an REIT whose shares were traded on the New York Stock Exchange in the 1970's and 80's.)  He also handles the defense of professional malpractice matters.  He is likewise skilled in loan documentation and corporate commercial and real estate work outs.In 1987, Neale achieved what was then regarded as the fourth or fifth largest jury verdict in the history of Knox County Tennessee in a legal malpractice case where he represented a plaintiff who was a principle of a coal brokerage company.  The verdict was rendered by a twelve (12) person jury in Knoxville, Tennessee, and was for $2.8 million dollars.Neale is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Civil Mediator, is on the panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association, and has served on several arbitration panels of the National Association of Security Dealers (now known as "FINRA") as a NASD arbitrator.Before joining this firm as a partner, Neale was a name partner in a law firm which was general counsel for BankUnited FSB, the largest Florida based bank.

Michael A. Fischler is the senior partner of Fischler & Friedman, P.A. Mr. Fischler was born in New York and has been a resident of Broward County Florida since 1966. Mr. Fischler currently serves as President of the Broward County Bar Association. He graduated from Jacksonville University in 1975, where he double majored in Business and Psychology and minored in Accounting. Thereafter, Mr. Fischler attended both law school and business school at Nova Southeastern University where he graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 1978. Mr. Fischler began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Broward County State Attorney's Office. After three years, Mr. Fischler was promoted to be in ASA in charge of the Economic Crime, Consumer Fraud, and Civil Division. After leaving the State Attorney's Office in 1984, he entered into private practice as an associate with a mid-sized law firm, concentrating in the areas of commercial and civil litigation. In 1992, he joined his practice with Howard S. Friedman, Esq. and formed Fischler & Friedman, P.A.
