Represented developers of co-generation facility against a major utility company in a 3 month state court trial. Case settled after trial for in excess of $8,000,000.00.

After a 5 week jury trial, obtained a million dollar judgment against prominent local corporation for breach of fiduciary duty and freezing out minority shareholders.

Bankruptcy

Represented consortium of 16 municipal power facilities in reorganizations of Public Service Co. of New Hampshire and Eastern Maine Electrical Cooperative.

Represented debtor in successful reorganization of 472 unit apartment complex in Orlando, Florida.
