About Caroline
Caroline is a graduate of American University, Washington College of Law, where she served as a Note and Comment Editor on the Business Law Review. As a law student, Caroline worked full-time as a law clerk at a Washington D.C. plaintiff’s side employment litigation firm. She primarily worked with federal employees and assisted attorneys in litigating claims filed with administrative tribunals, including the EEOC and the MSPB.
Prior to law school, Caroline worked as a legal assistant in the areas of trusts and estates, personal injury, and workers’ compensation.
Caroline received her B.A. from George Mason University. While completing her undergraduate studies, Caroline worked as a legal assistant. Additionally, she served on the executive board of several organizations, including Student Government and the Panhellenic Council. As a founding member of the Mason Service Council, she helped facilitate many fundraisers for organizations, including the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Habitat for Humanity. Representing victims of employment discrimination was a natural next step for Caroline, due to her passion for serving others.
