Ms. Carrie L Webster, Attorney

A native of Moorefield, West Virginia, Carrie Webster grew up in a small town located in a rural part of the state’s eastern panhandle. In 1997, she graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1997, and currently practices law in the firm’s Charleston office, where she represents and protects the rights of injured workers, families and consumers in our civil and criminal justice system. Her legal experience and practice significantly focuses on personal injury and insurance related matters. Ms. Webster also frequently represents minor children in personal injury and wrongful death proceedings, and plans to offer mediation services in the near future.

Ms. Webster is also widely recognized for her leadership and passionate advocacy on behalf of consumers, workers, women and children. Her commitment to the pursuit of equality and justice for all citizens and willingness to stand up and speak out against economic, social and racial injustice has earned her many community and statewide awards.

She is married to Greg Skinner, a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the State of West Virginia. The couple resides in Charleston, with their four-year old daughter, Katherine.
