Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

A lawyer attempted to settle a case for $15,000. Before the client agreed to the settlement, he came to me for a second opinion. After discussing the case I knew the case has significant value. The client trusted my judgment and gave me his case. I got the client a policy limits offer from both vehicles, resulting in a $150,000 settlement. This money will allow my client to be able to live comfortably for the rest of his life.

How did you build a successful practice?

I out work the competition. I pride myself on being a zealous advocate, being incredibly communicative, and finding the one or two key facts that give my client's the edge.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Someone who is honest, who tells them the truth - good or bad. They need to have trial experience so that the insurance companies know that if they attempt to give you a low offer that we will take the case to trial.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Knowing the lawyers, the insurance companies, and the judges, allows me to give my clients the accurate advice to empower them to make the most informed decision possible.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

I can determine if you have a case, help you find a medical provider, and advise you on what to do/not to do to ensure you can maintain your claim.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

I need your name, contact information, and the facts of the incident.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

I care about my clients. I am also one of the most competitive people I know and I pride myself on making sure I win.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

See the smile on my client after handing him or her a life altering check

What are your other interests in addition to law?

I love cycling throughout New England. When I'm not cycling or hiking in Vermont or NH, I love to visit family down on Martha's Vineyard.

Are you involved in your community?

I am on a cycling team - Velo 545 and I am the Product Liability committee Chair for the Boston Bar Association
