Aaron was born in Phoenix, Arizona, but grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force just weeks after 9/11, serving as both a flight medic and a police officer. While deployed several times, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Phoenix. Following his military service, Aaron worked as a federal officer for the Department of Homeland Security. Aaron later earned a Master of Arts in Homeland Security from Regis University.

Attorney Erick Santana is co-founder of the personal injury firm Cecere Santana, PA. He has been evaluating personal injury cases for over 30 years and has successfully settled thousands of cases for his clients, in some instances collecting in excess of $1 million. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was employed for seven years as an insurance adjuster for State Farm Insurance Co. Richard Hoffman graduated from the University of Miami Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 1980, after graduating from Cornell University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government. Kenneth Dorchak is a life long resident of South Florida. Mr. Dorchak graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 1988 and graduated with Honors from the Florida State University School of Law in 1991. In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar since 1991, Mr. Dorchak is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District and has been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. During his 26 years of practice Mr. Dorchak has practiced in the areas of personal injury and automobile, homeowner’s, health and disability insurance disputes with a focus in trial practice. Mr. Dorchak has worked to protect the rights of individuals and medical providers as co-counsel and court appointed class counsel in several statewide insurance class actions which were brought against large automobile insurance companies. Michael Acker has over 25 years of trial experience in all manner of personal injury litigation. He has been focused for much of that time on medical malpractice cases.
