Aaron was born in Phoenix, Arizona, but grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force just weeks after 9/11, serving as both a flight medic and a police officer. While deployed several times, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Phoenix. Following his military service, Aaron worked as a federal officer for the Department of Homeland Security. He led and managed multiple large teams responding to disasters and civil unrest across the United States. During this time, he witnessed the destruction caused by natural disasters firsthand. Aaron later earned a Master of Arts in Homeland Security from Regis University.

Michael Acker has over 25 years of trial experience in all manner of personal injury litigation. He has been focused for much of that time on medical malpractice cases. Preventable medical errors are the third leading cause of death in the United States, according to a Johns Hopkins study. It is his hope that holding the healthcare system responsible when something they do, or fail to do, results in harm will make every patient’s treatment safer in the future. One year later, she joined the firm’s Broward County office as an associate attorney. Cassie is currently a trial lawyer who has devoted her professional life to representing injured individuals in litigation. In 2017, Cassie was trial counsel in a motor vehicle case where she obtained a verdict that was listed as one of Florida’s Top 100 Motor Vehicle Accident Verdicts in Florida.
