Jerry Pitkin is the lead attorney at Pitkin Law. Jerry’s practice is limited to representing people who have sustained injuries resulting from car accidents, commercial truck accidents, slip/trip fall accidents, insurance coverage disputes, and vehicle property damage. Jerry has vast litigation experience in cases representing consumers damaged by banking regulation violations and foreclosure defense, corporate matters, and construction disputes. Jerry’s community involvement has included coaching youth football and basketball, past President of Barron Collier High School Gridiron Club, and past legal counsel to the American Subcontractors Association. Outside of the office Jerry enjoys spending time with his family, motocross, playing music, and water sports.

Landon Miller has been practicing as a criminal defense attorney in Naples and Ft Myers for 18 years. His previous cases include but not limited to murder, misdemeanor property crimes, DUI/BUI, white collar crimes, drug charges and assaults. Everyone’s case is an individual matter. Zachary (“Zach”) W. Lombardo is a partner at Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. He is a Board Certified Specialist in City, County & Local Government Law by The Florida Bar and is the City Attorney for Everglades City. Zach’s primary focus is helping public and private clients in a wide variety of land use and local government matters, including strategizing both advocacy for as well as opposition to: comprehensive plan amendments, re-zoning, and planned unit development (PUD) zoning and amendments, conditional uses and comparable use determinations, variances and non-conforming uses, land development code amendments, official interpretations and zoning verification letters, building code appeals, floodplain determinations, code enforcement, utility conveyance, right-of-way permits and vacations, easement use agreements and vacations, and litigation related to the above. He frequently appears before the Marco Island Planning Board, the Marco Island City Council, the Collier County Planning Commission, the Collier County Hearing Examiner, and the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County. Beyond land use, Zach helps public and private clients navigate various local government and environmental matters such as: public records, property tax appeals, agricultural tax exemptions, bid protests and public contracts, interlocal agreements, environmental resource permits, sovereignty land leases, and litigation related to the above He is an experienced litigator in state and federal court both at a trial court level and on appeal. In his business matters and contract drafting, Zach focuses on practical solutions. Active in the community, Zach is a lifelong environmentalist and an Eagle Scout. He is committed to doing what he can to improve the quality of the environment in the Western Everglades. A Southwest Florida native, he enjoys canoeing the waterways of Collier and Lee Counties with his family and playing the harmonica.

Stephen McGuire is a 2012 graduate of Ave Maria School of Law. Prior to law school, he graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University in 2005, with a degree in political science, and earned an MBA with high honors from Duquesne University in 2007. He is also a ten-year veteran of the United States Army. Stephen's practice is primarily focused on business and real estate law, appellate practice, and general civil litigation. He provides escrow and closing services for a high percentage of the brokered business transactions in Lee County, Florida, and serves as registered agent for hundreds of Florida corporations and limited liability companies. Additionally, he provides general counsel services to numerous local businesses and franchises. Attorney McGuire is admitted to practice in Florida, West Virginia, the Middle District of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Craig R. Woodward practices law in Woodward, Pires & Lombardo’s Marco Island location. He joined his father, Arthur V. Woodward, Esq., in 1980. With decades of knowledge of the history and development of the local area, Craig brings a wealth of experience and insight to his clients in solving their legal matters. He handles real estate law, zoning issues, estate planning, probate, business law, and local government law. He represents hotels, restaurants, time-share projects, contractors, marinas, land developers, homeowner associations, real estate companies, banks, and private individuals. Craig held Board Certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar from 1993 – 2023, having been the first Collier County attorney to receive this certification. Craig is also Vice President of First Title & Abstract, Inc. and President of North Marco Utility Co., Inc. He was previously attorney for the Marco Island Independent Fire District (1991-1995).

Attorney Anthony J. Dimora is a partner at Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. managing the firm’s Marco Island location. He provides legal services in both Marco Island and Naples, Florida, focusing his law practice on estate planning, wills and trusts, guardianship, probate and trust administration, litigation, business law, and residential and commercial real estate transactions. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Anthony is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Ohio and is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Kenneth (“Ken”) V. Mundy is a partner with the law firm of Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. For undergraduate school, Ken graduated cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2013. Thereafter, Ken graduated summa cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law in 2016, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. Originally from New Jersey, Ken moved to Naples, Florida, with his parents and sister in 1997. Ken continues to happily reside in Naples with his wife, Taylor, his son, Dallas and daughter, Sophie. Ken is a Certified Financial Litigator (CFL™) focusing on family and marital law, including but not limited to complex divorces, child custody disputes, child support and alimony issues, relocation, paternity actions, and domestic violence proceedings. Lenore Brakefield is a Naples native and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She focuses her law practice on civil and commercial litigation, including construction litigation. Lenore also handles local government law, code enforcement violations, community association law, real estate law, and contract and transactional matters. Lenore serves as board counsel to the City of Everglades City Code Enforcement Board and represents the firm’s various municipal and special district clients.
