Chester L. Banks is a general practice attorney throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. In May of 1987 Chester graduated from George Mason University School of Law with his Jury’s Doctorate. His experience also includes holding a prestigious position on the admissions committee for George Mason University Schools of Law.

Jason Moore is a life long resident of Central Virginia. He graduated from Uva where he majored in History, and worked at the school paper. He took a year off between undergraduate and law school to work as a legislative assistant at the Virginia General Assembly. He then attended T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. As part of his studies at Richmond, he did a semester aboard studying at Emmanuel College at Cambridge University in Great Britain. For the last twenty-one years, Jason has practiced criminal law from the Carolina line to north of Richmond and from New Kent to Nelson. He has worked on almost every type of criminal case imaginable from traffic tickets, reckless driving, DUI or driving revoked to larceny, embezzlement, breaking and entering to various violent sex offenses, to murder. He has tried 30 jury trials including two murder jury trials. Jason is admitted to practice in all Virginia courts and has argued cases before the Virginia Supreme Court and Virginia Court of Appeals. He is also admitted the the US District Court, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Bankruptcy bar and has conducted hearing before Social Security Administration Judges. The results of some of Jason’s cases have been mentioned in Virginia Lawyer’s Weekly, and he has been interviewed by all three local TV stations, the Richmond Times Dispatch and WRVA regarding various cases he has tried.

Nicole H. Naum is a Partner and founding member of Battlefield Law Group PLLC. Ms. Naum is a trial attorney who has dedicated her career to protecting the rights and interests of her clients in the area of criminal and traffic defense. She knew from a very early age that she wanted to be a lawyer. At that time, she only knew that she wanted to help but now knows that defending client’s rights is rewarding and delightfully challenging Nicole attended the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematical Sciences. Upon completing this degree in 2004, she worked as a paralegal for one year at Carmel & Carmel, PC, a small real estate law firm in Washington, DC which focused on out-of-state land sales. During this time, she prepared to attend law school. Being raise in Bloomfield Hills, MI, where her grandmother, one of her closest friends lived, she returned to Michigan for law school. December 2008, Ms. Naum graduated in the top 25% of her class from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While attending school, Nicole excelled in course work relating to criminal law and choose electives in this area: Advanced Sentencing, Death Penalty Law, Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law, Juveniles in the Law, and Evidence. Upon graduating, she moved back to the VA/DC/MD area where she had enjoyed working before. Her career as an attorney began at two small law firms: one in Fairfax, VA and at Mansoor Law Firm in Loudoun, VA where she represented clients in all Northern Virginia jurisdictions in criminal and traffic cases. May 2012, Nicole Naum joined the firm of Price Benowitz, LLP where she was able to focus her practice on matters in Prince William County and Culpeper County.
