About Daniel
Daniel was raised in the South Bay and served four years active duty in the Marine Corps infantry, reaching the position of platoon sergeant. Daniel began his legal career in San Francisco after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley over 20 years ago assisting trial attorneys in high profile environmental and government contract cases. He sought a career in the law as a natural consequence of his interest in philosophy and government.
As an attorney, he has successfully litigated hundreds of personal injury cases against private parties, transportation companies, schools, grocery stores, other retail stores, and state and federal agencies. He also has extensive experience with probate cases, trust administrations, estate plans and deeds, minor's compromises, and other civil matters. Daniel has appeared in courts in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.
Daniel received his BA in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Juris Doctor from the Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
Daniel's hobbies include running, hiking, and skiing.
