About Daniel

Daniel W. Lowe was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1954. He was raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State University where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Economics in 1976. He later obtained his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago in 1979. Using his expertise gained in practicing personal injury law in Chicago, Illinois, he proceeded to establish offices in Houston, Texas; Tulsa, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; San Antonio and Fort Worth, Texas. He later opened offices in Springfield and Chicago, Illinois. Since that time, he has downsized his operations and concentrates now on his firm, Armstrong & Lowe, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Lowe has always represented the Plaintiff or Claimant in their action against the insurance company. Throughout the years, Mr. Lowe has obtained verdicts and settlements that provided millions of dollars for his clients. In 1996, Mr. Lowe ran unsuccessfully for the United States Senate seat in Oklahoma. In 2000, Mr. Lowe gained nomination of his party for United States Congress. He was defeated in the general election. Mr. Lowe, his wife and five children live on a working cattle ranch northwest of the city of Tulsa. They raise registered American Highland Cattle.
