Back in 2020 my children's mother filed a bogus PFA on me. There wasn't even an altercation or an event that occured. I was in rehab when she filed & got granted the 10 day emergency. She gave the court false contact info for me. I didn't know this whole process & didn't find out about the permanent until the night before. Lying, sneaky move she made! I called the office and spoke with Maria for 2 hrs maybe more. I was hysterical at times because of how sneaky & deceitful my kids Mom did this to me. She stayed with me on the phone and was so kind and understanding. Like most reviews she's so knowledgeable. She has a great heart.

Attorney Erin Nease, is absolutely amazing! Erin Nease esquire does her due diligence when representing her client, and does an outstanding job. I would describe her as knowledgeable, professional, polite, and helpful. Thank you Attorney erin, I wish this review had more stars to give. If not to her incredible knowledge about custody I would have never seen my son Testa&pagnanelli owners (partners) are very patient with payments thanks to them as well.

5 stars does not even cover how outstanding Maria Testa was in my cases! I came to her in dire straits when my daughter had been taken by her father. Maria jumped into my case head on and slayed in court. She is a force of nature! She is extremely knowledgeable of the law and rules of court. She is very responsive to her clients. I cannot express to you how important that is! She went above and beyond the call of duty. She offered support and guidance when I needed it most. She won the first case which was an emergency hearing and then she won my custody trial! She is phenomenal! Her staff is also wonderful and responsive.
