I was terminated by my employer and felt I may have had a potential case for wrongful termination. I spent $500 for a 1 hour consultation only to find out that I did not have a case. One simple question could've been asked by the law firm before I wasted that money, which was " Do you feel you were terminated due to discrimination under a protected class?" If they had asked me that question, I could've saved $500 and a ton of stress. I feel scammed. Being unemployed, its a shame to have wasted that money. Also, I was ghosted after asking a follow up question....
