Just a good guy! Known John for many years. Help me get through some of my younger days mistakes. Recently needed some information on a high school buddy who was incarcerated. I have plenty lawyer friends, neighbors ect. Fun guys to visit and golf with. Haven’t talked to John in 20 plus years but he was able to answer my questions and and was very informative. I have dealt with this attorney a couple of times and if anyone knows him they know he is not a phone person. You have to make an appointment to see him in person for any updates on your case. If you make an appointment to see him, yes there will be others waiting ahead of you. No one seems to understand the caseloads that any attorney has. Everybody seems to want answers now and that’s completely understandable. However, please understand that Mr. White is one man that has hundreds if not thousands of clients. So be patient and make your appointment for a face to face. I’ve seen this guy in action in the court room and there aren’t many attorneys that can do what he does because they don’t have a relationship with the courts. Cut him some freaking slack because he is one of the best at what he does. If this man could call everyone one back Lord knows he’ll never get any sleep. If you want immediate answers talk to a paralegal or hire an investigator along with Mr. White. You all want real results and want pay over $10,000 is crazy to me. It cost to get the Premium or Platinum services.

DO NOT HIRE JOHN WHITE AS YOUR ATTORNEY!!! We hired Mr. White to represent our son after he was released on bail. He required us to come to his office in person, and pay the $1500 retainer in cash, which we did. We thought that was strange, but did get a written receipt of our payment. After a few weeks had passed with no communication from Mr. White, we began trying to contact him by phone. Every time we called, his EXTREMELY rude secretary would tell us that he wasn't in the office, but she would give him the message requesting that he call, or even email us with a case update. The last time we called his office, his secretary stated that all of the court cases were moving slowly due to covid. That made sense to us, so we trusted that we would either be contacted by Mr. White or the Court about any upcoming court dates. Fast forward to today...our son was arrested yesterday for Failure To Appear!!! When we contacted the court about this, they said that the notice they had sent for the court date, had been returned due to the Attorney giving the court the wrong address!!!! We have made multiple calls to Mr. White in the last 48 hours requesting a call from him, but have not received any. The last call we made resulted in his secretary hanging up on us after telling us that she had given him all of our messages, and if we wanted to speak with him, we would have to come into his office in person!!! We live in Nashville, TN, and have now had to spend an additional $3700 to retain a new attorney to correct Mr. White's mistakes. This man is a crook, and clearly NOT able to competently keep track of his clients! We are filing a complaint with the court, and the Bar Association, but do yourself a favor, and avoid John White, and his incompetent office staff at ALL cost!!!

The service I received from Mr White was nothing short of exceptional. He listens to you and is very compassionate unlike lawyers Ive hired before. More than anything he is honest and his word is solid gold.I'm blessed to have received his service and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Not a pleasant experience. We hired this lawyer over three weeks ago in order to obtain my daughter a court date to get bonds set. It's been three weeks and still no court date. In addition, I started calling his office daily to check if he had scheduled the court date, today his receptionist told me, quote "Mr. John White, DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS". WOW !...I think they should have said that before I paid my money. She suggested that we "come in to see him for a office visit". However, I informed her that my daughters father has already visited him three times...I wasn't for sure why someone has to keep visiting him to make progress on a case. ..then she hung up on me. Lol.. I heard good things about this lawyer, so I thought he would help. However, he is obviously very behind and over loaded with work. ...not sure if it would be a good idea for anyone to hire him until he catches his work load up.... ....So today is the next day. .. I called again this morning and spoke with his recipisit again. She still states the same thing. She tells me she spoke with him yesterday, but he did not give her an answer when she asked him about my daughters court date and she will try again later. I informed her that since I have paid for services, I WOULD BE CALLING DAILY to check on progress. However, when I told her I will be posting our daily conversation via on line ratings... She said that that was not necessary and said she had to go and did not want to talk anymore. She quickly got off the phone with me instead of trying to help. Wow. . I will be posting everyday on this site until I receive the court date I've been waiting for and paid for. Stay tuned for tomorrow's response from Mr. John office staff. So.. It's about 2 weeks later Dec 28th...i called Mr. Whites office and my conversation was really weird....... I called the office after calling the court to confirm no court date still not scheduled. The receptionist tells me that they still could not figure out which cases she needed a bond for and that she would talk to Mr. John again. At that point I told her that if they haven't figured out which cases needed a bond set for three months now, I would need my refund that I paid for there services...The receptionist changes her whole demeanor at this point and tells me that I was not the one who paid them and that her father had been the one coming into there office. .Not me. ...I reminded the lady.... That the fact is, that I was the one who paid... Over the phone with my debit card that is in my name. She then tells me that it is unethical to speak with me and could not discuss payment refund with me.... I then told her, quote " that It was fine, I would just send her dad up there to get the refund", he response was Quote, "Are you threatening me, we do not handle treating in this office "...I was amazed that she tried to twist this conversation into something illegal .. I responed, "It's no threat, I'm just telling you I will be sending her dad in for the refund ". She then says, "Well Mr. White has to be hear for that and he is really busy today and I'm not sure when or how long he will be in the office, so he (the dad) will need to call, I'm done talking with you, have a nice day". Then she hung up. Wow.... It's amazing how people can be one way when you hire them and then when the situation isn't good, their whole demeaner will change towards you. Stay tuned..
