Attorney Bates is extremely organized, knowledgeable and great at what she does. This experience was very traumatic having to deal with but she made sure to be empathetic, compassionate and thorough every step of the way. She explained every legal term and situation so that I was always in the loop. She went above and beyond not only for me but for my family as well.
