My spouse and I opened a credit card account with Chase about 4 years ago. The starting APR was about 5%. Just noticed that our current rate is 21.74% (with no clear notice to us at any point that they were increasing the rate). We have credit scores above 800. Spoke with agent and her supervisor who made it clear that Chase will not reduce the rate. There does not seem to be anyway to hold this company accountable for what should be criminal lending practices.

Your client bought a tour service last minute and it was informed and invoice as non refundable. You client paid link also mentioned nonrefundable. And just 10 hours before he cancelled and we told if cancel it is noshow charge. We sent all clues and still JP morgan disputed and put us in loss. I am doing this business in 25 years , if client is right I will accept. Amount is not important but you chose easistway and cut our money. This is not fair.

I am currently traveling outside the US and I am having trouble using my chase freedom card. Two transactions have been declined so far for no reason. I called the customer service after the first time and they said they have no idea why the transaction was declined as they do not see any transactions done on that day. They suggested the problem could be from the merchant's side but I told them the merchant did not have any problem running my backup card right away!!! The customer service agent reassured me that my card was in good standing and I should call them back and they will send a new card if the problem persists!!! Well, the problem continues and I am not sure how sending a new card to a US address will help me with my current travels!!! Luckily, I have a backup card that has been working smoothly so far. People who are traveling should not rely on a chase card as their only method of payment based on my current experience!!!!
