Wonderful experience using this firm regarding my husband's unemployment appeal. Extremely courteous, professional, informative and dedicated to helping the client. Wow! I had a hearing for an appeal for unemployment and it went terrible. The attorney was totally unprepared for the hearing. I pretty much represented myself, I could of won if at least the attorney called and discussed the case prior, an assistant or office person contacted me and told me just to tell the truth. Red flag!! I lost my unemployment benefits, this place should be shut down!!!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The lawyers that I spoke with were very condescending. Didn’t let me finish a single sentence. Jumped around the time line of events of what happened. Straight up were rude and hateful. Since this was for IDES I’m sure they were discriminating against me as well. If I were you I would stay far away from this place

The attorney I spoke with and who took my case, Lisa, was very professional and courteous and helped immensely in a very vulnerable time. She was knowledgeable and prompt and while I hope to not have to need these services again, I would not hesitate to contact this firm again.

Terrible, terrible. Definitely pass on this firm. I spoke with Lisa over the phone. She rushed me through the conversation and I was not able to finish my sentence on a couple occasions. It was like she didn't want to speak to me. She didn't let me explain my issues/concerns fully. A week or so later she wrote me saying I had no case and she couldn't help me. I went to court (without her) and won the case. I would steer clear of this firm and definitely of Lisa.
