I would not recommend this attorney, to anyone after the way he handled our case. After collecting our 10,000.00 all he did was obtain continuance after continuance for so long the judge finally told him o make sure he was prepared that the trial would be held at the next resetting. His way around that was by having us plead guilty and throw ourselves upon the mercy of the court and then he abandoned us. The judge allowed time suggested that we hire other counsel and come back before him. We rook the judges advice rained new counsel to the tune of another 10,000.00 We had to sell our home to pay for it. So, if you come across this attorney run the other way. The 1 star rating i gave this review was for the staff in theoffice.

Skip is a very good attorney. He represented my brother up until my brother past. He also attended the funeral. He was not only my brother's attorney, he was also his friend. He's not the one to sugar coat your case. He tell it just like it is.

Skip Brutkiewicz is the lawyer you want. He's like a lawyer you would see on a movie. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars. His entire staff is great. Ms. Vicki, secretary, is very knowledgeable and really seems to care about the clients. Joseph Dennis, associate, is just like a "Skip Jr." He's just as informed and fearless as Skip. Thanks to you all for your help.

If you are thinking about hiring this attorney, just read his name (Skip)! Because he will take your money and skip out on you, and send one of his colleagues that does not have any information regarding your case. I hired this attorney to represent me in court and paid him a total of $1800, and I ended up spending over $2000 including processing Fees. Because of his absences, I was not satisfied with the outcome of my case, and I was totally humiliated in court by the defends attorney. Since the day of court, I have been trying to contact this attorney and he his never retuned my calls or emails with an explanation for the reason he did not show up. He never informed me that another attorney would be representing my in this case, and also his colleague was totally incompetent, and unaware of the case. I used all of my saving to pay for this attorney's representation, and I am livid about this situation to the point that I have been having crying spills. So if you are thinking of hiring this attorney to represent you BEWARE, or maybe you just have money to waste. If I could give him no stars I would!! The Worst!!!!

Skip is the worst lawyer I’ve ever retained in my lifetime $5000 got me nothing he never spoke up or objected not 1 time he’s the most pomposit lawyer I no and literally isn’t worth wasting air on he honestly doesn’t deserve a law degree in my opinion to spend that amount of money on a lawyer to just sit there I’m still so disgusted with him it’s a shame period
