Ordered a payoff for my mortgage and was told it would take 3-5 business days. I have to post pone the closing for over a WEEK due to them being neglectful and irresponsible. The title company says they have never seen it take more then a couple of hours to get a payoff, never 3-5 business days. After waiting the 5 business days and being told multiple times by an agent that “it was on its way” I still have not received it. I’m now filing a complaint with the CFPB. I regret doing business with them and would never recommend them to anyone.

My loan was sold to this company after we refinanced. I called the customer service line to ask questions regarding my payment and was treated horribly! I have always had my mortgage loans with Wells Fargo and had wonderful experiences. What happened to treating the customer with respect and kindness? All I received was attitude and constantly be interrupted. I absolutely cannot stand this company and hope that somehow my loan gets sold again!

I try to be objective when posting information publically. However, BRO Financial Services is the worst company we have ever worked with. They inflated our monthly mortgage price by including insurance in the escrow. We have requested that our payment be lowered and not include insurance for 8 consecutive months. We pay our insurance directly. The company has refused to correct our account. They have ruined our credit rating by consistently reporting late payments. Never work with this company!

The worst! I cannot get them to release their lien!

Worst CS ever..... great time to refinance. No effing stars for them.
