Attorney Melissa Buckley is an angel! My brother has been fighting for disability for 7 years. Appeal after appeal until he called Buckley & Buckley. Melissa got him an approval in 7 months on the first try! Previous attorneys did little to no work to prepare his case, and didn’t even return his calls. Melissa was dedicated, knowledgeable, and kept us well informed! She returned our calls right away and answered any questions we had! We highly recommend her! Melissa, our family is very grateful. Melissa is absolutely the best disability attorney anyone could ask for to help them navigate the complicated process of SSDI. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she has a genuine compassion for her clients. She understood that I was going through an unexpectant life altering change and at times, I was unable to focus or compose myself. Melissa was caring and patient with me and put me at ease. She explained how to fill out the paperwork and took the time to review each of the questions with me. She was extremely responsive and always available to answer any questions I had. It is because of her expertise that I was approved. I would highly recommend Melissa for anyone looking a highly competent and emphatic attorney. Thank you, Melissa, for all of your hard work and diligence.

Melissa is one of the kindest, greatest, most helpful person I’ve ever had the chance to talk to. After having a horrible year last year and finally getting my notice about my disability coverage. I fell into a pretty bad depression, but Melissa was so kind to me and was able to appeal it and I got approved, I went through a pretty traumatic experience and lost my hearing, along with a whole list of other problems and thought applying for disability was such a hassle. I was so happy she cared so much to do her best to help me get approved. Thank you Melissa! Thank you so much! She even helped me with my total disability problems, she knew what papers I needed, along with any questions I may have had. Such a helpful person for those in need. I know If I run into any future problems I will go here first.

The pain of betrayal by someone you trusted, who then shows indifference, is profound. ???? ???? Two decades ago, I wrote a four-star review for an attorney, believing it to be a fair assessment of her exceptional skills and knowledge, with a slight reservation that didn't justify a lower rating. However, 20 years on, this same attorney, whom I considered a friend, insisted I revise my review to five stars before agreeing to assist me with a new matter. This demand doesn't align with the integrity of a four-star rating. If businesses could control their own reviews, it's likely that most would not accurately represent the customers' experiences. After all, no business would candidly admit to poor customer service or unresponsive complaint handling if it were true. Reviews should honestly depict the customer's experience and serve as a chance for businesses to improve or continue their good practices. My four-star review, which could have been a spiteful one-star, was never meant to harm but to inform potential clients of her competence and humanity—traits that make her an outstanding lawyer. In my view, a five-star rating requires absolute perfection, a standard increasingly difficult to meet with the decline in service and goods quality, paralleled by a decrease in human empathy and respect. Furthermore, during the second closing of my house, she repaid a grant that I did not owe, as I had met the conditions for the loan to be converted into a grant by staying in my home for ten consecutive years. When I attempted to address this with her, she simply said, "Well, they said you owed it, so I paid it." This suggested that the attorney and friend, whom I had trusted to be professional and knowledgeable about her case, did not handle it as expected. I felt hurt and betrayed by her lack of concern and failure to act appropriately. In conclusion, this attorney excels in her field, possesses vast knowledge relevant to her cases, and upholds high ethical standards. Should you choose her services, expect nothing less than the best.
