Buskop Law Group is a savvy group of professionals lead by a master of her craft. From the moment you get started you know your in good hands. The first thing the office does is educate you on the different types of patents and the process to getting one issued. The principal Attorney Wendy Buskop, Esq is nothing short of an artist. After meeting with Wendy and she having done searches for similar patents, assured me we had a good chance of getting the patent issued. I began work on my explanations of the invention. Once in her hands she quickly turned my laymen’s explanation into a legal masterpiece and she did it fast!!! Once my non-provisional filing was submitted to the USPTO and an examiner was on the case he issued a non filing and sited 11 other patents as the reason. My heart sank and my dreams of being an inventor felt lost. That is until I spoke with Wendy. She told me calm down let me explain why this is not a problem and why your patent is different. It only took one response to non filing and I received my notice of allowance less than a month after! What an amazing feeling! Very informative visit. I was very impressed with the business manager. I had a slightly off putting experience with the attorney once we saw her and the visit took over 3 hours. It seemed we were being sold services more than given the "straight and narrow" regarding our legal situation. That's ok though, since we should have probably seen a trademark litigator rather than a practice that strictly applies for trademarks.

I have worked with Buskop for a couple years now on 2 trademarks. The first one was no problem but the second took almost 2 years and much correspondence with multiple parties who were resistant to my mark, not to mention the USPTO. Buskop won at every step of the way. I have several businesses and have worked with dozens of attorneys. There is no doubt in my mind any other firm would have lost this situation. They are pros.
