My experience has been one of the most awful experiences concerning a trust done for my mother The trust was not legally done as she and her husband already had a trust which I explained. Elder Law said we can do this she can have her own trust and she will just split from her husband and we will have her sign all the papers and it will be effective. At a huge cost to my mother nothing was effective as Elder Law knew that my mother's husband who is living his signature was needed. Nothing Elder Law did was ever effective and to this day I'm still finding out this nightmare they created.

Everything start to finish went as The attorney and staff predicted. The assistance we got reduced our stress tremendously. Legal issues were explained clearly. Calls were returned promptly. Christian was tremendous in keeping us informed and answering questions and in dealing with the government agencies on our case. The passing of a loved one would have been much more stressful and demanding without CELC. Worth every dollar of the fee paid. BTW, we were referred to CELC by my mother-in-law who also had high praise for CELC.
