Gladys Cardenas represented my father for two separate car accidents over the years. They helped me file a homeowner's claim in June. I kept getting the run around. I called my insurance company today to find out that a letter of determination was sent out in September. I have spoken with Cardenas several times since then and not once did they bother to tell me this.

Great Attorney, but office is run very unprofessionally, you either do not get a response, they give you incorrect information, or simply ignore you. Would not recommend anyone do business with her! You can be a GREAT attorney, but work ethics and professionalism are very important.

I HAVE CONTACT GLADYS FIRM FOR ABOUT 18 MONTHS NOW AND STILL LIVING IN MY HOME WITH MOLD AND MILDREW. NEVER MIND I AM A DOCUMENTED ASHMA PATIENT AND HAS BEEN HOSPITALIZED TWICE, MY LUNGS WERE GOING BAD. I HAD TO TAKE 2 STEROIDS SHOTS, NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO RELEASE MY CONTRACT, WITH NOTHING DONE!!!! RUN FAST!!!!
