Horrible !! My family used this practice a few years ago. In the beginning everything was good, a few years later someone in the family that used him came across a possible situation. This situation was emailed to him. A week later no response. I called, i get a stern response... i don't have time, im busy and im out... ok well, when can you look at the email and get back to us?His response....probably another week. Wow, a whole 2 weeks to answer something that would take him maybe 10-20 min. I call back second week i get John and he hangs up. I called back numerous times either he hangs up or just doesnt pick up.nI truly have no idea why or what caused this. nGood luck, go somewhere else people
