Gotta love being on hold for over an hour, still haven’t talked to anybody. Received my ticket April 30th, called 14 days later and was told ticket hasn’t been processed call back in 3 weeks. Today makes 3 weeks all I’m looking for is a simple answer but I guess I’ll spend my day on hold.

If anybody have been treated in a rude or disrespectful way by Judge Robinson please respond to this comment. I know there are other people who he have object to their Court Cases and you know it wasn't fair. Or over charge you for a Civil Matter. Judge Robinson has been doing a disservice to our people who go in front of him and now it's time to speak up. I found out you can complain against him to the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission and we can also complain to our Representative in Lansing. If we stick together and form a class action complaint against him maybe they will take a look into his cases and also remove him as well. Let Stand for Something and Stop talking and doing Nothing. Also the front desk on the 2 nd floor have this older Rude man that work behind the court and he be going off and cursing. Time for a Change at 36 the District for The Better.

No one cares, female answerin the phone was very sarcastic. Like I was the criminal, they do as they please. I couldn't speak to the Judge and have to wait another month and a half foot evict a tenant that has not paid since June of 22. What a shame. Don't defund the police, defend the court system.

I was in 36th District court today (9/27/22). I was completely disrespected by the clerk on the 2nd floor D. Craig. She was very nasty, rude and spoke to me as if I was being scolded by her. She did not greet me when I approached the window. She just told me what I did wrongly to on my case. I do not accept her level of disrespect as a customer utilizing court services.

Rude as ever !! If y'all don't want your job find a new one!! The customer service on the phone was ridiculous the lady was rude and talked to me as if I was slow! When they sent me court papers without a case number! I can see if I was rude to her.then she hung up in my face !! I wish I got her name and information
