Extremely unprofessional and unqualified in handling legal matters; I had a better idea myself on how to draft my application. The firm included both supporting and contradicting materials in my application and the final application was poor, contradicting and carelessly crafted. Never available for any questions or queries. The entire experience was draining, negative and of being left out in the cold. I wish I had chosen wisely and saved $$$$$.

This law firm is run by a bunch of people who need a lesson in customer service. Choose wisely, they are not worth the money they charge for. I went days without any updates from them and they didn’t seem to care at all. They don’t always close loop on open questions/issues. Find a better attorney, unless you want to torture yourself.
