My lawyer Lauren was great. However, upon my initial consultation, I could not get any sense of how much I could expect to pay. I made them aware of my budget and that was completely exhausted after two months. I kept getting requests to go over all financial disclosures a number of times. Each time I received this request, I got a huge bill. Needless to say, I had to drop my case because I ran out of money. Then they held on to my retainer for over a month. I had to get nasty to get it back. Finally, I received a call to review the company. When I shared my disappointment they quickly said OK and got off the phone as quick as possible. So, thanks for nothing. Well, except for draining my finances.

My son had Michelle for his custody/child support case. She was very professional. The complaint that I have is the payment method. It was very confusing to me and my son. The case is done and I am still confused about money owed. They put me and my son at ease during his case, but the payment needs to be explained better or done with less confusion.
