Initially things appeared to be going great! Haley was awesome, suddenly a month before my trial Haley abruptly had to leave the firm. A week before my trial Zachery decided he would not be arguing my case after promising and reassuring me that he would. He brought in a new attorney who did not know the history of my case. To make things worse, I strategically chose a male because of my previous experience with this judge and opposing counsel. The new attorney he brought in was a female, even after voices my concerns he still did not keep his word. I had so much evidence that I should have won my case easily. Days before my trial I had to ask them where all my evidence was and why the case that we had been planning was not being presented the way I was told. I had to explain to them why more evidence needed to be presented and they still did not present the evidence to defend my case properly. The proper questions were not ask so that I could even defend my case. Even worse, they failed to file the proper paper work to admit my sons medical records. I do not blame the new attorney that was brought in a week before my trial. She did the best she could with a case that she was not so knowledgeable about. Do not spend the money, it’s not worth it, $25,000 + later, I filed an appeal and they tell me I have to pay another $3500 to retain them again for the appeal. It took me longer than expected to get the $3500 and they refuse to do any work on the appeal to meet the deadline even though they knew I would pay as I always have paid!! My appeal will be denied , my son is still in the home being abused, his behavior is now an issue in school, I am worse off than I was when I started when I had a shoe in case with more evidence than you could imagine. Zachery Groves is a liar. He never defended my case and only spent about an hour in the room after I text him asking where he was. I hate that I chose this firm. My son is worst off and I have now exhausted all of my legal options. DON JOT USE THIS FIRM. They will make you feel secure and bring you in with false security and then do the exact opposite of what they say they will do. I regret hiring this firm.

I really appreciate Mark and The law offices of James Crawford. They are very professional and responsive to my needs as a law client, and resolved my case without much hassle and got a favorable outcome. I will definitely use them again if the need arises!
