Brian was very pleasant to work with, gave very good direction and guidance, and his abundance of good contacts insured very capable, professional witnesses. Can’t complain about an over half-million settlement can you?! Only aspect they need to work on is better communication throughout the process but patience and faith does bring a good result and I highly recommend them.

My deadline for filing a malpractice lawsuit has come an gone and I don't even have a clue if Brian Dailey sent/filed the Notice of Intent (NOI). He has not responded to my emails or returned my calls for nearly three (3) months!!!! He talked a good game but showed NO results. I cannot in good conscience recommend this law firm..

Settlement was received by them almost 8 months ago and still no money for us! They lie and do not return calls. If you want someone to get your money and get interest on it and keep you waiting, then hire them! The lies and excuses keep coming and the money doesn’t!

I would give this guy zero if it allowed. He sat on my parents settlement for months and months. On of my parents passed away within months of receiving the settlement they should have had. Greedy PIG of a human being Daily is...and a pernicious liar.
