David Holland is an excellent attorney, very professional! All of his staff are also are very professional and very helpful. I was at a very low point and didn't know which way to turn and I reached out to David Holland. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. His office staff were also very helpful and always answered my questions and always returned my calls, promptly!! I felt very comfortable and relaxed knowing I was in good hands. The payment plan he has to offer, so you can start your bankruptcy early is awesome! I highly recommend his services.

David is a friendly guy, but he is also extremely incompetent. I met with him for a consultation. He answered most of my questions, but I could've spent 30 minutes on Google and found the answers myself. My biggest issue with David is he is extremely unprofessional and "greeen". His only value add is that he will review your documents, check a few boxes and take your money. You essentially have to do all of the leg work, and input it in a software he probably spent too much money on. Once that's complete, he will review it, and file it for you. I ended up filing Ch 7 on my own, and it's actually a straight forward process. My recommendation is don't waste your money.
