Ms Gains was a horrible lawyer myself and my sister went to the office to use her for are dead mothers estate she took the death certificate and never give it back and kept trying to get money from us I already had given her 280 and she said before we could proceed she needed more money. I definitely would not use her or trust her

Truly I’m disappointed. I called the office and got the secretary. I started asking her questions about how things work. At which point the woman said, “I’m sorry you shouldn’t be doing that”. Then she rudely hung up the phone for truly no reason. Just because you think you know someone’s situation, you don’t. Don’t judge without facts. What she did was disgusting. I would never treat someone the way she did. If this is how the secretary responds to people, I can only imagine how thee attorney in office reacts. What a shame. I heard Ms. Gaines was the best. I wouldn’t have called to be degraded and mistreated by the secretary. I wouldn’t recommend based on that and that alone

The honorable Ms. Gaines is a great lawyer, personable and very professional. A great lady who s always there to help.
