Had an issue with a cryptocurrency exchange so I decided to contact a law firm that specializes in the industry. Called into Dechert LLP. And spoke with a K Susan Grafton representing this firm. She proceeded to berate me and call me stupid because I invested in "bitcoin". If you are going to be in the customer service industry as an attorney, please have some empathy and don't call your customers names.
