They must love not answering the phone, I've been calling since Friday and still no answer. But my deadline is today. You press the correct number on the dail pad and the recording keeps on going, doesn't let you speak with anyone. I guess their getting paid for just sitting there to make sure the phones are working properly.

If I could only give 0 stars I would! The people that handle all of the child cases with reports to child protection services are absolutely DESPICABLE they have no actual concern for the child’s well being. They take absolutely no accountability for their actions well I should say their NON-actions! I could say so much more about my personal situation but I’m not going to blast my entire situation on here. All I can hope and pray for is that honest working individuals that care and love children will start working here. There’s too many children and families in this state that have had UNFAIR dealings and circumstances with these Evil people !!!

This place doesn't deserve 1 star. The employees don't follow up, don't investigate, don't read and learn their cases. We have been trying to get my step daughter for almost 2yrs. Every Wednesday and Friday we do video calls because unfortunately she's located out of state. The CPS where she's located has been more helpful. We are tired and I'm tired for my husband, tired for my stepdaughter. SHE'S READY TO COME HOME

Failing children everywhere. no follow through. no investigations and when they know they have done wrong, they refuse to release information. Time for everyone to write your complaints to the governors and higher ups. All the offices need to be investigated and gone through. Especially Caddo Parish. Allowing people who have protective orders to receive SNAP benefits for the same children. Failing to investigate when notified the mother receiving support doesn't even have, nor take care of the kids. All documented Meth users. The list goes on and on.

If I could give no stars I would. Nobody picked up the phone and then I was sent another letter regarding SNAP with another deadline and still no one has picked up the darn phone. Complete waste of time for everyone. If they did not want to do their job then why get it? To get paid to sit there and look pretty?
