Louisiana child support office is scam and fraud they don't care for children well being just money my child been in jail for two months and ain't been to school in two years but refuse to check on child after countless phone calls and office visits you get the run around every time steadily refilling paperwork to get lost are say they never received all need to be fired and put Ai technology in for their sorry non working selves just sorry

If i could leave 0 stars I would. Workers should have a workshop about organization skills, ACTIVE LISTENING skills, and empathy. Gave my personal information to the workers last month & they lost it.. only thing i got was i need to reapply when nothing was my fault. Absolutely nonchalant, rude, & unorganized. If they would stop talking when people are talking, maybe the issues will be resolved before hand.. too worried about pens being taken than people’s personal information being shared with them. Pathetic, upsetting, & really needs in depth training on professionalism. Clothes do not make you professional, nor not responding to statements that needs an explanations.

Poor service, can't get ahold of an actual person all automated. They only thing they are concerned with is getting payments which doesn't even go where they are suppose to.

Caseworker kept calling from private numbers so I couldn't call back. She refused to answer my emails. She also wouldn't tell me what information she needed to update my case. I sent a few updates to her email, no response. So I go in and had to ask someone, then come back in the next day and turn all of it in. I then sent an email and asked my caseworker how to request a new caseworker. No response, again... 2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying they cut me off due to not receiving the info they asked for. We need people who actually care about their clients. Not someone who plays dirty tricks and uses retaliation to cut down their caseload. Now I'm having to go through the process to reapply and praying I get a better caseworker.

This is this biggest scam known to man. The state makes money off of people paying child support. They charge 5% to be added to child support. The higher they can get child support the more they make. They will not even give you the amounts that is owed or how long you have to pay. My daughter is almost 21 and they will not stop pulling out child support. The state needs to be taken to the supreme count and force to pay back what they have taken from people.
