Best closing company I’ve ever worked with. They answer promptly anytime I reach out to them. They handle things quickly when I’ve asked them to do something. Each person I’ve spoken with at the company has been super nice and very professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to people!

My closing was two weeks ago and they still have not paid off my mortgage. First I was told the check was in the mail. Then I was told the funds are being wired. It has been a week and my mortgage company still has not received funds. My contact stopped returning calls or emails a week ago. I cannot believe how unprofessional and incompetent these people are.

There was so much incompetence through the process of the closing our home. I had to do some of the research myself, then they paid the wrong mortgage payoff, they tried to blame our bank for sending over the wrong payoff amount and when they found out it was their error they tried to make excuses. I have made mistake in my line of work but I have owned up to those mistakes and rectified them, I did turn my mistake on to the client or ridicule them in the process. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!

The most helpful guys in town! These attorneys answer and/or return calls personally, every time I reach out. In a real estate transaction, you want to have these real estate knowledgable attorneys by your side!
