If you have to get divorce, I would recommend Dominick and his staff. After everything I went through for over a year, I felt like they treated me like family. Dominick, Linda and Patsy were all great people to deal with. Divorce is very stressful and at least I knew they had my back. I appreciate all their efforts to help me.

Well respected lawyer and has both confidence and experience. I felt like I was all alone during mediation and critical decisions were made on the fly without any discussions beforehand. Hear he is great in trial, from judges and mediators, and he is well respected in the community. After about $30k in fees just on my side, the advice I got was how much is a pound of flesh worth or we could go to trial. Asked how much would that be, we were talking $20k more at a minimum. Dom is a great guy but he missed deadlines and did not show up during mediation. I was very disappointed with the level of service provided. Best thing he advised was on a financial valuation expert and that ended up being about $5 -$10k - there was not much coordination on that front either. On a scale of 1-10 would I recommend Dom, I'd say strong.

First off, whenever I see the majority of the positive reviews are from people with 1 or 2 reviews, I assume they are fake reviews. Keep that in mind. I had the misfortune of using Dominick many years ago and he was terrible. Late for appointments (sometimes over an hour) or canceled at the last minute. He was totally unprepared when we went to court. Really messed up my case and I fired him and found a much better, more reliable and professional divorce attorney. If you read this and you still use him, that’s on you. You’ve been warned.

Dominick represented me in a bitter child custody hearing with my ex-husband. My ex brought in a high dollar attorney who played a lot of dirty tricks and made some very nasty allegations.
