Most negligent and unconcerned attorney I have ever dealt with. The only time I contacted Don was to request an official copy of the charge that was filed against me and he never sent it, even after requesting it for a third time. For a small case, I paid Don’s law offices a substantial amount of money thinking I got the best. I can tell you just because he’s expensive does not mean he is good. I felt that when I tried to get ahold of Don, he would be annoyed and deliberately respond or call back days later. I almost lost a government clearance job because of the inaccurate information he provided, which is nothing compared to the frustration of actually trying to get ahold of Don. If you want to pay your attorney and only hear from him only on your court date, then go with him. If you want an attorney that shares your best interest and will answer your call or email in a timely manner, do not hire Don Savatta.
