Many egregious violations of personal liberties by this firm, borders on illegality. Little to no value here. Move along and find something better. Jacob Lawrence is the worst offender, I'd recommend clown school for him.

As our neighborhood HOA Board President, I was looking for a reputable HOA attorney. By happenstance, my personal banker recommended Greg Chandler from Eads, Murray, and Pugh. After our initial interview with Mr. Chandler, it was clear he was the best choice. We could not have asked for a more ethical, conscientious, and incredibly smart partner. Mr. Chandler's knowledge of State Law, as it pertains to HOAs and Not for Profits, was very impressive. We needed to update our covenants and bring them to today's standards. He walked the Board through the process while respecting our budget constraints. He was instrumental in accomplishing the protections our neighborhood needed. He went above and beyond for us. We truly appreciated his professionalism and legal advice. I would recommend Greg Chandler and Eads, Murray, and Pugh highly.

They represent my HOA's new management company, Your HOA, Inc. Both have tried to manipulate and bully me since they took over. This firm is unethical and out to profit off of honest homeowners. Even after proving their last letter to me was harassment and completely unwarranted they have refused to apologize and officially retract the letter claiming that I failed to negotiate with my HOA over their selective enforcement of covenant violations. That letter also said they were going to sue me over my continued violation. The same violation they knew I worked out an agreement with the HOA over a week before the letter.

Absolutely one of the most unethical and egregious run organizations. They will prey on people of color and low economic individuals when ever there is an opportunity. They will allow late fees to be charged on top of late fees. They will charge $235 for an hour's worth of work which could take a minute to do with a returned phone call. I do not recommend doing any business with them for any reason. There are other law firms, find them. They are definitely in collusion with AMI Management Company and White Hall Corporation. They need to be investigated by the Department of Justice.

This is a great company. They are fast with response and always take care of their clients! Have been using them for years!
