Initially, living out of state I had difficulty finding an attorney to help me with an elder law issue. I contacted 6 law firms left numerous messages before I found Evans Case. I left a message for Aaron Evans and heard back within 2 hours. I worked with Aaron Evans for over a year to resolve my issue. He is an outstanding attorney both in court and outside of it. He was always very knowledgeable and professional, and always available to address any concerns or issues even after business hours. Aaron was always very calm, cool, and collected, throughout the entire process even when things were very difficult for me Aaron was always reassuring. The rest of the staff at Evans and Case was also very professional I briefly worked with Tim Bounds, and corresponded extensively with Cyndi Hauber while working primarily with Aaron. I can't say enough about how well our experience went with this firm. Tim Bounds was the lawyer we dealt with and he was very patient with my parents and helped us all understand exactly what we were undertaking (an irrevocable trust).
