We hired Derek Shepard of Farrell, Martin & Barnell for a closing on our house. He and Liz were friendly, efficient, and the house closed quickly. We did have a mishap on the day of closing, the fault of the buyers, their realtor, and attorney. Derek and Liz quickly corrected the problem and the closing took place as scheduled. Great job.
