Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP

Absolutely worst service I have ever dealt with. Terrible terrible experience with them. Don't expect getting email replies from them for at least a month when you ask them to do something, and after a month they will simply reply "no, we don't provide that."

It was a terrible experience with Fragomen. It's been 2 years since I applied for my visa and I still haven't received it. I have been approved and USCIS sent it to Fragomen's office but THEY HAD CHANGED OFFICE without notifying USCIS. Hence, it was returned to USCIS. They are trying to help us get it back but because attorney on case has been changed, they are not talking to them yet. It's a long dreadful process.

Our experience with Fragomen has been horrible. If I could give it 0 or negative stars I would. We used them to file for my wife's visa almost 2 years ago and she still hasn't received it. Her approval notice was sent to Fragomen by USCIS 10 months ago. Because Fragomen moved offices without notifying UCIS regarding our case they did not receive her approval notice and it was returned to USCIS. Then they changed our case attorney and somehow between them and USCIS did not update the paperwork, so the new attorney couldn't do much for us.

Don’t deserve even a 1 star. Absolutely lethargic and non functional team of attorney and paralegal. Absolutely NOT recommended. Go else where

I have never been here, inside the building. Always outside. Nice facade though.
