Reviews

Extremely slow moving process, never gonna recommend this firm to anyone. They don't understand their carelessness is negatively impacting our lives. Fragomen is filing my H1b visa transfer through my new employer and its been 5 to 6 weeks they haven't sent the petition to USCIS. I have seen so many H1b transfer for me and my friends in my career, but never heard it take 6 weeks to send the petition to USCIS. Horrible experience.
It's clear that they hire incompetents or junior paralegals to maintain their files. Some associates are not updated re: recent changes regarding MX immigration visas. This is an egregious lapse. bordering on malpractice. I have referred this to their corporate leadership for a thorough review of their conduct. Clever marketing and spiffy name-dropping don't qualify as effective, competent representation. "Fragomen Fraud'?
I agree with most of reviews. Terrible service and No one in this firm care even if Immigration is very important to process on time. They don't work on case for months. No email reply even if company's ask for status they don't care and respond. This Particular location team is worst and they are ruining Frogmen reputation. Because other location team are more professional and no mistake and delay. But this whole team is super slow and don't care about they business. That's why my company is planning to go to other immigrations and no longer interested in continue working with them.
Slow, unresponsive, no communication, lack of attention to detail. Waited 5 weeks before emailing them only to find out they forgot to email me. 7 weeks and a missed flight and I still don’t have my visa
horrible law firm that compounds the challenges of highly skilled immigrants in an already challenging immigration system. Because of how incompetently they handled my case while I was at at a big management consulting firm, here are some of the consequences I have had to bear: 1. Got thrown into a cycle of visa renewals that prevented me from traveling overseas to see immediate family members for more than 2 years 2. Spent thousands to restart the Permanent Residency process from scratch with a new employer and eventually on self-petitioning under EB-1 because Fragomen did not even get me a number in line. I served for almost 5 years at the management consulting firm that had retained Fragomen as immigration counsel 3. If they had not dragged their feet in filing my application or were honest, I would have been a U.S. Permanent Resident in 2011 and a Citizen in 2016. You can read more about my struggles, in part as a result of Fragomen's questionable handling of my Green Card application, over here: bit.ly/1Tbj1eM
