I had the pleasure to work with Attorney Aaron Blumberg for the immigration application. It was done in a highly professional and timely manner. Aaron and his staff were always present to answer my queries and clear any doubts. Highly recommended!
how can someone call an immigration office in Boston and get connected to someone in India! then they say that they will connect and simply throw you to a general voicemail directory…. all we need is to talk to a Erin Brummer to get my cousins paperwork back because they are sht at doing immigration work!! stop sending the calls to india!!!
I got a job in a company in the USA and this fragomen office was hired by the company to prepare my visa documents. I asked fragomen 4 times within 2 months to give me any timeline or expected submission date of my documents to the US consulate. They refused to tell me. I proposed them a timeline 3 times, they could not follow any. Even some letters which were supposed to be prepared by Fragomen, I made it myself and sent them to Fragomen! At the end, I apologized to the US company because I do not trust fragomen, no smart person will put his future in fragomen hands. I am not surprised that this office has 1.9 rating and all the comments complains that they are unprofessional and do not follow any timeline. A public service office in Africa will have higher rating than 1.9!
Fragomen are the worst in immigration support. They’ve sent our RFE documents for AOS case to the wrong service center. We found it out by ourselves 4 months after the due date. And that’s just the top of the iceberg of the issues and problems they’ve created. They provide unprofessional, low quality services. They don’t reply on emails in a timely manner. If you’re with them because your employer chose them then save your life and hire your personal immigration attorney who will double and triple check the work of Fragomen’s unprofessional and lazy employees.
NO RESPONSE - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They do not respond to emails/phone calls. They are unaware of timeliness and promptness required for immigration applications. I had to deal with them when I got an offer from a company who had Fragomen as immigration lawyer. While dealing with Fragomen, experience was very stressful and frustrating.
