I called and emailed them numerous time regarding my case status, nobody responded me. Is this business closed down? How about these open cases that the clients already paid the service fee?
Absolutely terrible- stay away. For my H1B they filled for me to get my H1B visa from Oct 1 2018 to Sep 30, 2018 (yes: -1 day...) under the wrong position and with wrong number of employees for my employer. Needless to say, I got an RFE that delayed the process an extra 4 months. For my green card/ Perm, they filled and then told me they realized that they miscalculated the years of work experience I have, so it will take them another 3 months to fix it. I know many employers are using them because they are free but please if you respect your employees who were not born in USA, please hire real immigration lawyers who will process applications quickly and accurately.
My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. I had to leave the country for 3 months to re-apply the visa due their unprofessional fault. Stay away from them at all cost.
Fragomen suffered a data breach in which my personal information was accessed, and all they offered was a year's credit for online identity monitoring. Too bad my identity will be the same in a year.
How many times should I call you? They don’t respond over months and months!!
