I received a phone call from Mr Harry Minsk to ask me why i did not buy his clients home. I told him because the house had un permitted structure and that the structure was over the building line of the property. He told me that it wasn’t an issue that he could still get me title insurance just not for that part of the home. I believe his phone call to me was very unprofessional and he was also very rude. Un permitted structure on a property can lead to fines and or demolition of the structure. The structure i speak of is the master bedroom/bathroom and garage. If i would of bought this house i would of ran the possibility of being fined by the county when trying to permit it and acquiring a variance or the possibility of having it removed/demolished. I find Mr Minsk to be seeking the best interest for his client/seller and not the best interest of both parties. Needless to say i did not purchase the home and dodged a bullet.

everyone we met yesterday at our closing was very helpful and friendly. it was a very smooth transaction perfectly organized and orchestrated plus expident. But the most important thing was we were notified about everything there were no surprises. The whole process was easy thanks to their professional expertise.

OMG! What an amazing experience I had with Ganek, PC (Gwinett). Mr. Harry Minsk is amazing. I could tell that he was about business when I walked through the door. He didn’t waste time and completed the closing swiftly. Kari is so sweet and nice. She was very professional. I just can’t say enough about this organization. I 100% recommend this firm to anyone. You will not regret it.

I had a closing here last week and wasn’t very happy with the transaction. It was during the COVID mess which made things a little messier and more confusing. When myself and my buyers arrived the doors were locked and they didn’t want to allow me (buyers agent) in to the closing because I didn’t have a face mask. Although my buyers didn’t have a face mask, they told me it wasn’t essential for me to be at closing. My buyers had a different opinion and wanted me there to overlook the numbers and be there to close on their house so I went down the street to buy a face mask. While the sellers signed their portion outside in the parking lot, my buyers wanted to ask a few questions and asked to step outside for a few minutes. The closing attorney was rude and adamant against the buyers taking a few minutes to ask the seller questions as she has a 3pm appointment in 55 mins. The buyers mentioned her rude tone and felt like they were being rushed thru the process. We worked with the pre-closer Kristy whom was great and easy to work with all the way up to closing. Although I was surprised to call my client the morning of closing to make sure the funds were wired... they had never received the wiring instructions from Ganek! Fortunately we had a couple hrs til closing so I provided Ganek with my clients contact info to send wiring instructions. Its a good thing I followed up otherwise that would’ve delayed closing by a few hrs... I have had much better experiences closing with Parkway Law in the same office complex.

Big shout out to Angela and Ganek PC Duluth!! They are PHENOMENAL!! ?????????????? This closing stretched us all thin mentally and emotionally as the creative financing lender was literally ALL OVER THE PLACE with poor communication, unidentifiable documents, and everything you could and couldn’t imagine at the last minute!! Angela literally dedicated every day and even this holiday weekend to over communicate and make sure funding will take place on time. Buyer is a travel Covid nurse and had a firm deadline to start next assignment. She is also a first time homebuyer and Angela helped make this crazy experience as bearable as possible. We are so grateful to Angela’s patience, professionalism, and persistence to make my buyer the happiest homeowner in Atlanta!! Thank you Ganek PC , Definitely appreciate such a class act title team. ????????
