I had a great experience with Ganek PC. They were efficient and professional.

I'm an investor and have closed a couple dozen properties over the last 15 years. Several properties were closed successfully by Ganek with no problems. Very smooth closings. Recently had a question about a file that was new to me and somewhat complicated and Mark Seib was nice enough to return my call, which I really appreciated. I have a lot of confidence in this firm's ability to close files smoothly.

I've closed dozens of deals at Ganek and especially with attorneys Mark Seib and Mimi McCain. These are experienced title attorneys and they know the ropes. Trust me. I've had so many smooth closings and great legal advice.

Gave 1 star as they dont have any less. My closing day I arrived at the office which is very nice but nobody acknowledged us, closing was postponed 3 times mind you nobody called to advise me of this and I currently live 45 min from the office. They have poor communication skills, lack professionalism and bc they weren't on their job it cost me an extra $2800 in closing cost. I've come to the conclusion that they must have posted the GREAT, Raving reviews my experience was far from prefect or even pleasant. Run away from them, Dont use them please save YOURSELF the headache!!!
