Jinny Cruz was not professional whatsoever throughout this process. To start, our team tried reaching out to her daily and received no responses. This caused us two major problems in our property sale. For one, she didn’t send us the closing letter from our HOA early enough so we could make an adjustment and contact our hoa about the fees which then caused me as the seller $1000. Second, she did not once notify us that the seller would be doing a mail in closing even though she fully was aware that we were closing on our new house on the same day. We literally found out as we were filling up the moving truck to move out. If our seller wasn’t so flexible, we wouldn’t have been able to close until the following week and we would be homeless for the weekend and would have to pay additional fees to keep the moving truck. Stay away from Ganek PC if you can.
